BFP: electrical wire spark caused the fire in Star City

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) confirmed that the fire incident in Star City in October 2019 was caused by an electrical wire, contrary to the notion that said blaze was authored. Said information was the finding of the Inter-agency Anti-arson Task Force in its investigation on the incident.
