Carnap syndicate ‘member’ nabbed in Sibugay town

ZAMBOANGA CITY–Authorities arrested an alleged member of a  carnapping syndicate in Zamboanga Sibugay,  police said Saturday.

The Zamboanga City Police Office said the suspect, Clinton Sultan alias “Wako-Wako”, was arrested around 6 a.m. Saturday in the town of R.T. Lim, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Sultan was arrested after he was sighted heading to Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte from downtown R.T. Lim.

Recovered from his possession was a stolen motorcycle owned by Armando Ruste of this city.
