Warm weather will continue over most parts of the country but rain showers and thunderstorms are also likely to occur, the weather bureau said Monday, May 15.
An intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is affecting southern Mindanao and may bring rains while the rest of the country will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and frequent thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening caused by the oscillation of the ITCZ.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) or localized thunderstorms.
The frontal system affecting extreme Northern Luzon is expected to bring rain showers in the area the whole day, the weather bureau reported Tuesday, May 9.
