The trough of a low pressure area (LPA) outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) will bring rain showers over most parts of Mindanao, the weather bureau said Monday, April 3.
Most parts of the country will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers due to easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.
