The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)-CARAGA urges farmers and fishermen to put up cooperatives in order to improve their livelihood. Tax exemption privileges are but few of the benefits derived from cooperatives.
The CDA also informs that the state has programs devoted to farming and fishing sectors such as financial and livelihood-educational assistance to said workers.
