Cloudiness, rains continue over PH Thursday

By Ma. Cristina Arayata | Philippine News Agency

MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will continue to prevail over most parts of the country on Thursday, the weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said this is due to the easterlies affecting southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Flash floods are also possible during severe thunderstorms, it added.

Meanwhile, moderate winds will blow over extreme northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
