MANILA — Two weather systems continue to affect the country on Thursday, the weather bureau said.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the tail-end of a cold front will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Visayas and the province of Romblon.

Meanwhile, Cagayan Valley and Cordillera regions, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains or scattered rainshowers due to northeast monsoon.

Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Strong winds from northeast will produce moderate to rough coastal waters from Northern Luzon, eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas seaboards.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 24-31 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City, 21-26 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 11-24 degrees Celsius; Angeles City, 23-32 degrees Celsius; Lipa City, 23-30 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu, 24-29 degrees Celsius and Metro Davao, 25-33.
