Comelec: 92% expected to vote in Marawi plebiscite

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said Saturday, March 18, that it is expecting high voter turnout in Marawi plebiscite.

The ongoing plebiscite will ratify the creation of two barangays in Marawi City.

According to the Comelec, there are over 1,400 voters in the city.

Marawi City residents will decide whether or not they are in favor of dividing Barangay Boganga into: Barangay Boganga II and Barangay Datu Daligidan.

The voting will close 3:00 p.m. GB/Gillian Geronimo-ag
