CoVID-19 cases reach 10, 610

The Department of Health (DOH) reported 147 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 10,610.

The DOH also disclosed the death toll is now at 704 after eight patients have expired while total recoveries is now at 1,842 with the reported recovery of 108 more patients.

Meanwhile, the health department on its Facebook page disproved the circulating posts in social media which claim that test results from the RITM are not being recorded.

“All results from the licensed laboratories around the country are reported to the DOH. All data from these reports are made public in our daily situationer and nCoV tracker. DOH denies any cover-ups circulating online,” the DOH post read.
