Crime rate in PH drops by 61 percent during ECQ

The crime rate in the Philippines during the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine has dropped by 61 percent.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has reported 2,676 crimes from March 17 to April 30, lower than the 6,712 incidents recorded from February 1 to March 16.

Meanwhile, more than 154 individuals have been arrested, fined, and warned for violating ECQ guidelines. – PTV News
