Over 500 participants coming from different municipalities and provinces of Region 9 came together at the Dagyaw 2019 in Zamboanga City where they had the opportunity to voice out their concerns to the government. The common concerns raised during the event were about health, employment and fake news which were aptly addressed by Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles.
