The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) shutoff four material recovery facilities (MRFs) in Pampanga upon finding that they violate Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 and Clean Air Act of 1999. Most of the MRFs have been dumps of waste materials including toxic trash.
