DFA cautions Filipinos in Iraq

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has advised Filipinos to take caution amidst massive protests in Iraq. The agency told Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to avoid participating in the said demonstrations.They were also asked to stay home and stock ample food supply. They could get in touch with the Philippine embassy in Baghdad when needed. The anti-goveremt protests have so far resulted to 93 casualties and 4,000 wounded.
