DILG seeks to extend the suspension of the GCTA

The Department of Interior and Local Government seeks to extend the suspension of the implementation of the Good Conduct Time Allowance Law in the interest of intensively reviewing its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Amendments to Republic Act No. 10592 shall be recommended to Congress by the DILG and the Department of Justice.
