DOJ, BuCor hasten issuance of clearances to compliant cons

The Department of Justice (DOJ) and Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) are expediting the processing of Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) Law-freed convicts who surrendered in compliance with Pres. Rodrigo Duterte’s order. The tow agencies are now expediting the issuance of clearances to individuals who surrendered but are not covered by the GCTA Law.
