DOJ, DILG sign revised GCTA implementing rules and regulations

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra and Interior and Local Government Secretary Eduardo Año have formally signed the revised implementing rules and regulations of the Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) Law.
