DOTr boosts MHDs services for All Saints’ Day

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) will intensify the assistance extended by Malasakit Help Desks (MHDs) situated in various transport facilities nationwide as the country celebrates All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day. In line with the agency’s Oplan Biyaheng Ayos: Undas 2019, the MHDs will serve as the travelers’ one-stop-shop support on different aspects including transportation queries, grievances, and medical and health assistance.
