Double pay for private sector workers on Bonifacio Day

Workers in the private sector that are to report to work on November 30, Andres Bonifacio Day, are to be paid twice their regular daily wages, according to Department of Labor and Empolyment Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III. Meanwhile, those who do not report to work on the designated holiday will still be entitled to 100% of their salary. Meanwhile, workers whose rest days fall on the 30th and report to work are also entitled to another 30% of their salary on top of the 200% they would’ve received.
