DTI inspected prices of Noche Buena items

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) visited retailers today, December 23, 2019 to check out their conformity with the suggested retail price (SRP) on Noche Buena goods. The commerce department envisaged to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture to regulate the cost of pork from farm gates, traders, to retailers. Merchants infringing the SRP will face profiteering charge.
