DTI proposes to allow dine-in, personal care services for vaxxed population

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) proposed to allow dine-in and personal care services for vaccinated individuals against COVID-19.

DTI Sec. Ramon Lopez believes that by allowing the said recommendation, it will greatly help in encouraging many Filipinos to get vaccinated against the disease. He added that it can also aid the entrepreneurs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lopez clarified that the vaccinated population will be at a low-risk to acquire severe or critical COVID-19. He pointed out that there is no need to identify who is vaccinated when in malls or in public transportation since the said sectors are allowed to operate as long as the safety and health protocols are followed.
