DTI Sec. Lopez warns J&T Express

Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Ramon Lopez issued a warning to the courier service company, J&T Express.

DTI Sec. Lopez stated that the company needs to take responsibility for the defective products caused by their poor handling. The damaged goods must be replaced or refunded by J&T express.
