Fair weather over PH on Wednesday

MANILA — The weather is generally fair on Wednesday as the northeast monsoon continue to affect Luzon and the Visayas.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 4 a.m. forecast that Metro Manila, Visayas and the rest of Luzon would have cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by northeast monsoon.

Mindanao would have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorm.

Strong winds from northeast will affect extreme northern Luzon with rough coastal waters.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 22-31 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 21-30 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 13-24 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 24-30 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 24-32 degrees Celsius.
