MANILA — The easterlies affecting southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will continue to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao, the weather bureau said on Thursday.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will also prevail over the rest of Luzon due to localized thunderstorms, added the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Moderate winds will blow over the eastern part of the country, where coastal waters will be moderate.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
