MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will prevail over most parts of the archipelago due to the easterlies affecting the whole country, the weather bureau said Sunday.

Cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms will affect Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its latest weather forecast.

It also advised against possible flash floods during severe thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will blow all over the country while coastal waters along all areas will be slight to moderate.

The minimum temperature for the day is 26.0°C while the maximum temperature is at 36.0°C, PAGASA said.
