MANILA — Cloudy skies and isolated rain showers will prevail over most parts of the archipelago, the weather bureau said on Saturday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the northeast monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Aurora and Quezon, and cloudy skies over Metro Manila and the rest of the two islands.
Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow over extreme Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
