MANILA — Most parts of the country will continue to experience generally fair weather on Friday, due to the northeast monsoon.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative region will have cloudy skies with light rains caused by northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy or cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to northeast monsoon.
Strong winds from northeast will produce rough coastal waters for northern Luzon seaboard.
Temperature from Metro Manila ranges 19-30 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 20-29 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 13-22 degrees Celsius; Angeles City 20-30 degrees Celsius; Lipa City 19-30 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-30 degrees Celsius, and Metro Davao 24-32 degrees Celsius.
