MANILA—The northeast monsoon continues to affect northern Luzon, triggering rains, but most of the country will have fair weather on Wednesday.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands would have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Likewise, the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, and Cagayan Valley would have cloudy conditions with isolated light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country would experience isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 23-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 23-31 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 14-24 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-31 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 25-34 degrees Celsius.
