Filipina featured in US publication

Filipina Joahna Tupas, a multimedia arts graduate, was featured in “Marquis Who’s Who” publication in the United States for her achievements in the field of education and the arts.

Tupas graduated with a degree in Multimedia Arts at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde.

Her love for the arts led to the establishment of her multimedia arts agency and productions company which gathered notable local and international clients within a decade.

Tupas’ expertise in the field made her career land in marketing, editorial, and social media management of various media companies in the country. Her prowess in entrepreneurship and art was likewise showcased abroad.

Aside from her love in multimedia arts, Tupas also studied Special Education which earned her a position as a special education teacher at a Native American school district in Arizona.

Tupas owns schINAbp, a brand under travel agencies holding company Inteletravel, where she creates experiential education-based travel opportunities in the country, United States, United Kingdom and other parts of the country for families, educators, and enthusiasts.

She also became a curriculum director for Parent Led Academy in 2020-2022 and Council Member for the Parent Advisory Council for the Empowerment Scholarship Account. Tupas co-founded MrsEverAfter in 2015.

Tupas also aims to finish her own book titled “Courage First,” a book on enhancing socio-emotional learning.

She will also launch School in a Backpack in the United States of America in October 2022, which she will facilitate workshops, talks, coaching services and events through its website www.schoolinabackpack.com. –KC/gb
