Filipinos from MV Grand Princess Cruise Ship arrive in PH

444 Filipinos, including 438 crew members and 6 passengers, of the MV Grand Princess cruise ship that was docked in California, USA due to the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) have arrived in the Philippines.

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and staff of the ship’s agency have welcomed all 444 Filipinos who landed at Clark Airbase at 12: 15 a.m.

The crew members and passengers have been brought to the Athlete’s Village in New Clark City, Tarlac for the 14-day quarantine.

The 444 Filipinos are the third batch to be repatriated from countries affected by COVID-19.
