Fishermen in Recto Bank incident urged to file insurance claim

Malacañang urged the 22 Filipino fishermen in the Recto Bank incident to file an insurance claim to get their compensation. While Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo noted that the 22 fishers received assistance from the government and other groups, he insisted that the Chinese owner whose ship allegedly rammed the boat of the Filipino fishermen back in June 9 should compensate the latter
