Globe issues statement on service disruption

 

Globe mobile customers experienced a service disruption today (Dec. 1) affecting mobile data services.  

 

Globe mobile customers including Platinum, Postpaid, Prepaid, TM, and Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi experienced loss of data services that started at 1:15 p.m. Mobile data services were restored at 3:33 p.m.  

 

The disruption was caused by a system issue impacting its data charging facility.

 

Globe advised its customers to restart their mobile devices and modems to restore their data services.
