The government has identified the 4 million beneficiaries of the second tranche of the Social Amelioration Program.
According to Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año, the names have already been submitted to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
DILG Sec. Año guaranteed that the distribution of the second tranche will be faster since the government will make use of e-payment transactions.
Law enforcement agencies will also administer the distribution to avoid corruption. – PTV News
