The government announced today the list of “green” countries and jurisdictions or those considered low-risk for COVID-19 that will be covered by the new shorter quarantine for inbound passengers.
Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) Resolution No. 124-A listed the following as green areas:

Based on IATF-EID Resolution No. 123-C, travelers fully vaccinated in the Philippines and in green countries, who exclusively stayed for two weeks in the said areas, will be subject to a shorter seven-day facility-based quarantine.
The said inbound passengers will still be tested for COVID-19 on their fifth day of quarantine. Those who will test positive will be subjected to current isolation protocols in the country.

“Ang tinitingnan po natin hindi lang iyong percentage ng mga nabakunahan sa mga areas classified as green countries, kung hindi iyong prevalence rate din po,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said.
“Alam ko po maraming nagtatanong — na ang Estados Unidos hindi pa po kasama diyan sa tinatawag nating green countries, kasi mataas nga po ang mga kaso ng COVID sa Estados Unidos ngayon,” he added. – Report from Mela Lesmoras/AG- jlo
