GSIS urges pensioners to APIR on line

The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has advised its pensioners to do
their required Annual Pensioners ‘ Information Revalidation (APIR)
using the agency’s online system to avoid the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

GSIS President and General Manager Rolando Macasaet urged their pensioners to update their accounts through the Pension Fund’s website (www.gsis.gov.ph) for the safety of their own health.

The APIR is GSIS’ annual requirement for pensioners to make a personal appearance in the nearest branch to ensure that the retired members are getting their pension for themselves.

Instead of showing up physically, pensioners may now e-mail their name, complete address, contact number and signature, PGM Macasaet added. – PTV NEWS
