‘Hamilton’ headed to PH in September

The hit Broadway musical “Hamilton” is coming to the Philippines for its Asian Premiere in September, the GMG Productions announced on Wednesday, March 29.

The highly anticipated musical will be staged at The Theatre at Solaire in Paranaque, Manila.

“To all the Pinoy Hamilfans, mga kaibigan we’ll see you this September at The Theatre at Solaire. Taara!,” Lin-Manuel Miranda, creator of the musical, said in a Facebook video.

“Make sure to sign up for the waitlist and stay tuned for tickets announcements coming soon,” Miranda added.

Individuals who wish to be in the waitlist for pre-sale access may sign up in this link: gmg-productions.com/hamilton.

The play, written by Miranda, is based on the 2004 book of Alexander Hamilton and Ron Chernow.

The musical is a sung-and-rapped-through musical that tells the story of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. – gb
