Ricardo Jalad, NDRRMC executive director, said this is equivalent to 7,476 individuals.

Affected families in Region III were placed at 2,290 or 7,437 individuals and another 10 families in Occidental Mindoro which is equivalent to 39 persons.

No casualties were reported as of this time, the NDRRMC chief added.

Some 23 houses in Region 3 were also reported partially damaged.

Also, two landslides were reported in Coron, Palawan and Olongapo City, Zambales last July 15.

The first one occurred at Sitio Tubatan, Barangay Decalachao, Coron and was brought about by continuous light to moderate rain in the area.

The incident took place 5:40 a.m. and stranded 30 passengers in the area. However, the road was cleared around 7:45 a.m. and was declared all passable to all vehicles.

The second landslide took place 6 a.m. on July 15 at 36 Navarro St., Upper Woodhouse, Gordon Heights, Olongapo City which caused part of a garage to collapse.
