Hold departure order out vs 4 more frat men

MANILA — The Department of Justice on Friday said four more persons have been placed under the Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO), bringing the number of persons linked to the death of University of Santo Tomas (UST) law freshman Horacio Tomas Castillo III to 20.

In a revised memorandum released on Friday, Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II directed Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente to instruct all immigration officers in the country’s airports and seaports to be on the lookout to prevent any attempt by these 20 “persons of interest” to leave the country.

The four new names included in the lookout order are Ged Villanueva, Milfren Alvarado, Daniel Ragos and Dave Felix.

It added that spelling corrections have also been made to previously released subjects on ILBO dated September 21: From Mhun Wei Chan to Mhin Wei Chan, and Axel Munro Hipe to Axxel Munro Hipe.

Also covered by the ILBO are Ralph Trangia, Arvin R. Balag, Marc Anthony Ventura, Oliver John Audrey Onofre, Joshua Joriel Macabali, Jason Adolfo Robiños, Ranie Rafael Santiago, Danielle Hans Mattew Rodrigo, Carl Mattew Villanueva, Aeron Salientes, Marcelino Bagtang, Zimon Padro, Jose Miguel Salamat and John Paul Solano.

Aguirre on Thursday ordered the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to coordinate with Interpol to locate Ralph Cabales Trangia, one of the suspects implicated in the death of Castillo who has reportedly left the country on Sept. 22. on board Eva Air Flight BR262 for Chicago, USA.

Aguirre will also seek the cancellation of Trangia’s passport.

On Sunday, Castillo’s body bearing bruises and burns was found dumped along a street in Balut, Tondo, Manila. (PNA)
