House of Representatives approves of the apprehension and return of inmates released under GCTA

The House of Representatives expressed its support for the President’s directive on the surrender of inmates who have been released on the basis of the Good Conduct Time Allowance while deliberations are ongoing on the said law. 1,914 heinous crime convicts have been freed since 2014 under the GCTA Law.
