IATF-EID approves Resolution no. 58

The Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has issued Resolution number 58.

The resolution slated this year’s second phase of the Physician Licensure Examination on September 20 to September 21. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)’s request for the implementation of strict health protocols and close monitoring of concerned agencies has been approved by the IATF-EID.

The creation of a sub-technical working group that will study the possible amendment in the implementing rules and regulation of RA 11332 or the Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health Events of Public Health Concern Act is included in the resolution as well.

Resolution No. 58 also strengthens the solidarity of the Philippines with another Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine facility along with allotting funds for it.
