Incoming AFP chief of staff will sustain EO No. 70, continue his predecessor’s programs

Lieutenant General Felimon Santos Jr., the incoming chief of staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), will sustain the implementation of Executive Order No. 70 which seeks the conclusion of local communist armed conflict in the country. Further, he will continue of the projects initiated by his predecessor, Lieutenant General Noel Clement.

The AFP change of command ceremony takes place tomorrow, January 04, 2020.
