ISARAP sets forth in Rizal

Over 100 Rizaleños have received an array of government assistance projects brought by the Integrated Assistance Recovery and Advancement Program (ISARAP) in Antipolo, Rizal on Wednesday.

The activity was led by Presidential Adviser on Streamlining of Government Processes Secretary Leoncio Evasco Jr who highlighted the preparedness of every government agency to help the beneficiaries in need through the program.

ISARAP has successfully delivered financial assistance to the copra farmers with the help of the Philippine Coconut Authority, while technical assistance was given to the group of fishermen through the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.

Transportation drivers and operators have also received assistance under the Pantawid Pasada Program of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.

In addition, cooperatives affected by calamities and pandemic were provided financial assistance by the Cooperative Development Authority, sustainable livelihood projects to the poor extended by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, and free housing for families residing at a danger zone in the province from the National Housing Authority.

ISARAP aims to showcase the projects accomplished under the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte and ensure their stable implementations. The program uses a “whole-of-government” approach to unite the government agencies for fast and direct delivery of services to the Filipinos. – Report from Dwight Sunico/Veronica Corral–ag
