Isolated rain showers in Metro Manila on Saturday

MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms are likely in Metro Manila and the rest of the country on Saturday, the weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) also noted that Mindanao will possibly experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the intertropical convergence zone affecting the area.

The country may experience slight to moderate coastal waters with waves up to 2.1 meters high because of slight to moderate winds, PAGASA added.
