MANILA – Isolated light rains will prevail over most parts of the archipelago as the northeast monsoon continues to affect the whole country, the weather bureau said Sunday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over Davao and Caraga regions.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, it added.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow over northern Luzon, the eastern section of central and southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao.

Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
