Isolated rainshowers over most parts of PH Sunday

MANILA — Most parts of the country will experience isolated rainshowers, the state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting southern Mindanao will cause cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm over Soccsksargen, ARMM and Zamboanga Peninsula.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest ofthe country due to localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will prevail over the entire archipelago with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (Ma. Cristina Arayata/PNA)
