The Department of Finance boasts of the increase in National Government revenues over the first six months of 2019, totaling PhP1.547 trillion. That’s 9.7% higher than Php 1. 410 trillion earned same time last year. The growth is attributed to the improved Tax Reform Program of the Duterte Administration.
