Laguna distributes 96.20% of ayuda

Department of the Interior and Local Government Sec. Eduardo Año announced on Monday (Sept. 20) that Laguna has distributed 96.20% or P2,611,807,000 worth of ayuda (financial aid) as of Sept. 17.

Around 18 local government units in the province have distributed 100% of ayuda.

“Nakikita po natin na sa susunod na linggo ay matatapos na rin po ang lahat ng natitirang bayan ng Laguna,” Año said.

“Sa probinsiya naman po ng Bataan, nasa 73.50% na po ang pagbibigay ng ating ayuda. At ang nakatanggap naman ay 513,235 beneficiaries. Dalawang bayan na po ng Bataan ang nakatapos. Ito po ang municipalities ng Samal at saka Abucay na kung saan 100 percent ang kanilang naipamahaging ayuda.” he added.

Meanwhile, the National Capital Region (NCR) has finished distributing financial aid.

“Ang ating National Capital Region ay tapos na sa distribution ng ating ayuda, 100% na po, P11.2 billion ang naipamigay natin,” Año said. – PG – bny
