Land ownership conferred to farmers in BARMM

The farmers in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), who are beneficiaries of the agrarian reform program, received the land ownership award conferred by the government, led by President Rodrigo Duterte. In his speech, the Chief Executive pointed out his desire to improve the BARMM and secure better the peace there. Similarly, he underscored the value of peace negotiation between the state and communist groups, and land reformation in the region. Earlier, Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo had mentioned that the Head of State is expected to visit the area that suffered the recent bombing assault.
