Legal procedure on water concessionaire agreement remains

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque has clarified that the legal procedure on the irregularities in water concessionaire agreements remains even if President Rodrigo Duterte has apologized to the owners of Maynilad and Manila Water for his hurtful words against them.

Pres. Spokesperson Roque has stated that the coordination between the government and private sector is expected to get better in fighting the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). However, the law will prevail in other issues.
