Light to moderate rains due to southwest monsoon over PH

MANILA—The southwest monsoon or habagat enhanced by two low pressure areas (LPA) would bring light to moderate rains in most parts of the country on Tuesday.

Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Palawan, Mindoro Provinces and Western Visayas would have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon.

Isolated rains would prevail in Metro Manila, Bicol region, and the rest of Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Central Luzon and Visayas also due to the southwest monsoon.

The rest of Luzon will experience cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
