Light rains, cloudy skies in most parts of PH on Sunday

MANILA – The Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and the rest of Central Luzon will experience cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to northeast monsoon or amihan, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday, Feb. 13.

Meanwhile, the shear line or the tail-end of a frontal system will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in provinces Aurora and Quezon, the PAGASA said on Sunday.

In its 5:00 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau warned residents in these areas of possible flash floods or landslides “due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies or localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.

The minimum temperature is 22.2 °C and the maximum temperature is 31.8 °C. (PNA) – bny
